Sometimes it looks like the world is falling apart. The future seems to be an approaching storm. Hope is becoming a precious commodity around this fearful, angry, bleeding planet - but hope exists - it is not lost.
Hope is us, our hearts - despite the spite, greed, hate and other base things there is gold in the human heart. To live a good life is to refine that gold and discard the slag of ignorance, fear, anger and the like.
Metallics gold is purified with fire, the human heart is softer stuff and gentle quiet kindness, empathy, and not least of all - love - these are what refine us and as humans define us, when we are at our best.
In the case of this little cat , this community of ‘friendly stangers’ came together as if we lived in sight of each others houses amd solved a little problem. In a world that is seeming to be coming apart — a little piece got put in place.
